Shipping Carriers
We use trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver all orders.
Carrier selection is at our discretion based on best available service.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts): Ship FREE via standard ground shipping.
Orders under $200: Flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Expedited or express shipping may be available at additional cost.
Tracking
Shipping Liability Disclaimer
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, JANZO LABS is not liable for:
Delays in transit
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Damage caused during shipping
Weather or customs-related disruptions
If an issue arises after shipment, the customer must resolve the matter directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
JANZO LABS does not offer refunds or reshipments for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party shipping carriers.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
JANZO LABS is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do not refund or reship orders sent to addresses provided in error.
